Together, we’ll create a full 20"×30" peony, following the process I use for my own large-scale botanical artwork.
You’ll learn how to work from your reference, choose and test your colours, build soft and luminous petals through careful layering, and finish your piece with beautiful highlights, shadows and details.
I’ll share my own techniques along the way, while you work through the peony at your own pace.

Hi, I am Sun!
I’m a self taught coloured pencil artist based in South Wales, specializing in large scale, detailed botanical drawings on white paper. Over the years I have refined a calm and luminous way of working on big floral pieces that I am excited to share with you in this intermediate masterclass.
I love sharing my process clearly and honestly so other artists can grow with confidence.
